These Terms of Service apply to your use of trypawglide.com (the "Store") and any purchase you make from PawGlide. By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and payment

When you place an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. We may cancel or refuse an order, for example if we suspect fraud, if an item is unavailable, or if there is a pricing error. If we cancel an order after payment, you will be refunded in full.

Pricing

All prices are in US dollars. Prices and product availability can change without notice. Taxes, if applicable, are shown at checkout.

Shipping and returns

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms. Please read them before you order.

Personalized products

Our custom pet blankets are made to order from the photo and pet name you submit. By uploading a photo you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. We show you a free preview before printing, and personalized items are final sale once you approve your preview, except as described in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The content of the Store, including text, images and branding, belongs to PawGlide and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PawGlide is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Store or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the Store applies to orders placed while it is posted.
