<h2>Shipping Policy</h2>
<p>Made to order: Every blanket is printed after you order, using your photo and your pet's name. Please allow 10 to 14 days from the day we receive your photo to delivery. Ordering for the holidays? Order by December 5 for the best chance of arriving in time. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.</p>
<p>Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States only.</p>
<p>Shipping cost: Free shipping on every order.</p>
<p>Tracking: You will get an email with tracking as soon as your blanket ships. If you have not received tracking within 7 days of ordering, write to capotorium@gmail.com and we will look into it right away.</p>
<p>Photo check: If your photo is too small, blurry or dark to make a good portrait, we will email you within 2 business days to ask for a better one. Production starts once we have a usable photo.</p>
<p>Address changes: We can update your address only before your order ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.</p>
<p>Lost or delayed orders: If tracking shows your order was delivered but you cannot find it, or it never arrives, contact us within 30 days of the ship date and we will reship or refund.</p>
